# §127.507. Are there EDWOSB and WOSB contracting opportunities at or below the simplified acquisition threshold?


If the requirement is valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold, the contracting officer may set aside the requirement or award the requirement on a sole source basis as set forth in [§ 127.503](/cfr/13/127.503.md).
