# §127.301. When may a concern apply for certification?


A concern may apply for WOSB or EDWOSB certification and submit the required information whenever it can represent that it meets the eligibility requirements, subject to the restrictions of [§ 127.306](/cfr/13/127.306.md). All representations and supporting information contained in the application must be complete and accurate as of the date of submission.
