# §123.17. Do other Federal requirements apply?


As a condition of disbursement, you must be in compliance with certain requirements relating to flood insurance, earthquake hazards, coastal barrier islands, and child support obligations, as set forth in §§ [120.170 through 120.172](/cfr/13/120.170..120.172.md), [120.174](/cfr/13/120.174.md) and [120.175](/cfr/13/120.175.md) of this chapter.
