# §120.1510. Other Regulated SBLCs.


Other Regulated SBLCs are exempt from §§ [120.465](/cfr/13/120.465.md), [120.1050(b)](/cfr/13/120.1050.md?p=b), [120.1400(d)](/cfr/13/120.1400.md?p=d), [120.1500(c)](/cfr/13/120.1500.md?p=c), and [120.1600(b)](/cfr/13/120.1600.md?p=b). This exemption is not intended to preclude SBA from seeking any other remedy authorized by law or equity.
