# §114.101. What do these regulations cover?


This part applies only to monetary claims you assert under the Federal Tort Claims Act, [28 U.S.C. 2671](/usc/28/2671.md) et seq., for injury to or loss of property, personal injury, or death arising from the negligent or wrongful act or omission of any SBA employee acting within the scope of his or her employment.
