# §109.530. Debarment and Suspension.


In accordance with 2 CFR Parts [180](/cfr/2/part180.md) and [2700](/cfr/2/part2700.md), SBA may take any necessary action to debar or suspend an ILP Intermediary or any officer, director, general partner, manager, employee, agent or other participant in the affairs of an ILP Intermediary's SBA operations.
