# §107.100. Organizing a Section 301(c) Licensee.


[Section 301(c)](/cfr/13/301.md?p=c) Licensee means a company licensed under [section 301(c)](/cfr/13/301.md?p=c) of the Act. It may be organized as a for-profit corporation or as a limited partnership created in accordance with the special rules of [§ 107.160](/cfr/13/107.160.md).
