# §106.400. Non-Fee Based SBA-Sponsored Activity.


The Administrator (or designee) may provide assistance directly to small business concerns through Non-Fee Based SBA-Sponsored Activities under [section 8(b)(1)(A)](/cfr/13/8.md?p=b-1-A) of the Small Business Act.
