# §105.101. Cross-reference to employee ethical conduct standards and financial disclosure regulations.


In addition to this part, Small Business Administration (SBA) employees should refer to the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch at [5 CFR part 2635](/cfr/5/part2635.md) and the regulations at [5 CFR part 2634](/cfr/5/part2634.md) entitled, Executive Branch Financial Disclosure, Qualified Trusts and Certificates of Divestiture.
