# §797.11. Interest, administrative costs, and penalties.


Where NCUA is the creditor agency, it shall assess interest, penalties and administrative costs pursuant to 31 U.S.C. [3717](/usc/31/3717.md) and [31](/usc/31/31.md) CFR parts [900](/cfr/12/part900.md) through [904](/cfr/12/part904.md), unless excused in accordance with the FCCS.
