# §741.228. Succession planning.


Any credit union that is insured pursuant to Title II of the Act must adhere to the requirements in § [701.4(b)(3)](/cfr/12/701.4.md?p=b-3) and [(e)](/cfr/12/701.4.md?p=b-e) of this chapter, to the extent these regulatory provisions do not conflict with an applicable state requirement.
