# §741.218. Involuntary liquidation and creditor claims.


Any credit union which is insured pursuant to title II of the Act shall adhere to the applicable provisions in [part 709](/cfr/12/part709.md) of this chapter. [Section 709.3](/cfr/12/709.3.md) of this chapter applies only to federal credit unions.
