# §741.212. Share insurance.

- (a) Member share accounts received by any credit union which is insured pursuant to title II of the Act in its usual course of business, including regular shares, share certificates, and share draft accounts, are insured subject to the limitations and rules in [subpart A of part 745](/cfr/12/part745-subpartA.md) of this chapter.
- (b) The payment of share insurance and the appeal process applicable to any credit union which is insured pursuant to title II of the Act are addressed in [subpart B of part 745](/cfr/12/part745-subpartB.md) of this chapter.
