# §741.209. Management official interlocks.


Any credit union which is insured pursuant to title II of the Act shall adhere to the requirements stated in [part 711](/cfr/12/part711.md) of this chapter concerning management official interlocks, issued under the provisions of the Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act ([12 U.S.C. 3201](/usc/12/3201.md) et seq.).
