# §741.207. Community development revolving loan program for credit unions.


Any credit union which is insured pursuant to title II of the Act and is a “participating credit union,” as defined in [§ 705.2](/cfr/12/705.2.md) of this chapter, shall adhere to the requirements stated in [part 705](/cfr/12/part705.md) of this chapter.
