# §624.12. Capital.


A covered swap entity shall comply with:

- (a) In the case of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, the capital adequacy regulations set forth in [part 652](/cfr/12/part652.md) of this chapter; and
- (b) In the case of any Farm Credit System institution other than the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, the capital regulations set forth in parts [615](/cfr/12/part615.md) and [628](/cfr/12/part628.md) of this chapter.
