# §380.30. Receivership administrative claims process.


The Corporation as receiver of a covered financial company shall determine claims against the covered financial company and the receiver of the covered financial company in accordance with the procedures set forth in [12 U.S.C. 5390(a)(2)-(5)](/usc/12/5390.md?p=a-2..a-5) and the regulations promulgated by the Corporation.
