# §352.7. Accessibility of programs and activities: Existing facilities.


The FDIC shall operate each of the programs or activities set forth in [§ 352.2](/cfr/12/352.2.md) of this part so that when viewed in its entirety, the program or activity is readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities.
