# §341.6. Reports.


Every registration or amendment filed under this section shall constitute a report or application within the meaning or sections [17](/cfr/12/17.md), [17A(c)](/cfr/12/17A.md?p=c), and [32(a)](/cfr/12/32.md?p=a) of the Act.
