# §335.211. Registration and reporting.


Persons with securities subject to registration under Exchange Act sections [12(b)](/cfr/12/12.md?p=b) and [12(g)](/cfr/12/12.md?p=g), required to report under Exchange Act [section 13](/cfr/12/13.md), and subject to this part shall follow the applicable and currently effective SEC regulations issued under section 12(b) of the Exchange Act as codified at [17 CFR part 240](/cfr/17/part240.md).
