# §303.160. Scope.


This subpart sets forth the notice requirements and procedures for the conversion of an insured mutual state-chartered savings bank to the stock form of ownership. The substantive requirements governing such conversions are contained in [§ 333.4](/cfr/12/333.4.md) of this chapter.
