# §269b.530. Briefs in support of the hearing officer's report.


Any party may file a brief in support of the hearing officer's report and recommendations subject to the same time limits and rules pertaining to filing exceptions and briefs in support thereof, as set forth in [§ 269b.520](/cfr/12/269b.520.md).
