# §268.705. Employment.


No qualified individual with a disability shall, on the basis of a disability, be subjected to discrimination in employment under any program or activity conducted by the Board. The definitions, requirements and procedures of [§ 268.203](/cfr/12/268.203.md) of this part shall apply to discrimination in employment in federally conducted programs or activities.
