# §261b.13. Fees.

- (a) Copies of transcripts, recordings or transcriptions of recordings, or minutes requested pursuant to section [§ 261b.12(b)](/cfr/12/261b.12.md?p=b) of this part will be provided at the cost of 10¢ per standard page for photocopying or at a cost not to exceed the actual cost of printing, typing, or otherwise preparing such copies.
- (b) Documents may be furnished without charge where total charges are less than $2.
