# §252.57. Reports of stress test results.

- (a) **Reports to the Board of stress test results.** A covered company must report the results of the stress test required under [§ 252.54](/cfr/12/252.54.md) to the Board in the manner and form prescribed by the Board. Such results must be submitted by April 5 of the calendar year in which the stress test is conducted pursuant to [§ 252.54](/cfr/12/252.54.md), unless that time is extended by the Board in writing.
- (b) **Confidential treatment of information submitted.** The confidentiality of information submitted to the Board under this subpart and related materials shall be determined in accordance with applicable exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act ([5 U.S.C. 552(b)](/usc/5/552.md?p=b)) and the Board's Rules Regarding Availability of Information ([12 CFR part 261](/cfr/12/part261.md)).
