# §243.12. Enforcement.


The Board and Corporation may jointly enforce an order jointly issued by the Board and Corporation under § [243.9(a)](/cfr/12/243.9.md?p=a) or [(c)](/cfr/12/243.9.md?p=c). The Board, in consultation with the Corporation, may take any action to address any violation of this part by a covered company under section 8 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ([12 U.S.C. 1818](/usc/12/1818.md)).
