# §19.254. Judicial review.


Any national bank, Federal savings association, or Federal branch or agency of a foreign bank whose rights, privileges and franchises have been terminated by order of the Comptroller under this part has the right of judicial review of such order pursuant to [12 U.S.C. 1818(h)](/usc/12/1818.md?p=h).
