# §1808.502. Evaluation of Designated Bonding Authority Applications.


In addition to the evaluation criteria for Qualified Issuers set forth above, DBA applicants must demonstrate the existence of resources to perform functions of the DBA as set forth in [section 1808.201](/cfr/12/1808.201.md) and meet any other criteria set forth in the applicable NOGA and that may be required by the CDFI Fund.
