# §1807.303. Authorized uses of Program Income.

- (a) Program Income earned in the form of principal and equity repayments must be used by the Recipient in the manner further set forth in the Assistance Agreement.
- (b) Program Income earned in the form of interest payments, and all other forms of Program Income (except for that which is earned as described in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section), must be used by the Recipient as set forth in the Assistance Agreement and in accordance with [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md).
