# §1610.3. Treatment of collected information.


The Office will treat any financial transaction data or position data submitted to the Data Center under this part in accordance with the relevant provisions of law, including 12 U.S.C. [5343(b)](/usc/12/5343.md?p=b) and [5344(b)](/usc/12/5344.md?p=b).
