# §16.10. Sales of securities at an office of a Federal savings association.


Sales of securities of a Federal savings association or its affiliates at an office of a Federal savings association may be made only in accordance with the provisions of [12 CFR 163.76](/cfr/12/163.76.md). For the purpose of this section, “affiliate” has the same meaning as in [12 CFR 161.4](/cfr/12/161.4.md).
