# §151.120. May I charge a fee for a notice?


You may not charge a fee for providing a notice required under this subpart B, except that you may charge a reasonable fee for the notices provided under §§ [151.100(a)](/cfr/12/151.100.md?p=a), [(d)](/cfr/12/151.100.md?p=d), and [(e)](/cfr/12/151.100.md?p=e).
