# §1320.16. Extension of time periods.


The Council may extend any time period established in [§ 1320.12](/cfr/12/1320.12.md), [§ 1320.14](/cfr/12/1320.14.md), or [§ 1320.15](/cfr/12/1320.15.md) as the Council determines to be necessary or appropriate.
