# §1263.9. Makes long-term home mortgage loans requirement.


An applicant shall be deemed to make long-term home mortgage loans, as required by section 4(a)(1)(C) of the Bank Act ([12 U.S.C. 1424(a)(1)(C)](/usc/12/1424.md?p=a-1-C)) and [§ 1263.6(a)(3)](/cfr/12/1263.6.md?p=a-3), if, based on the applicant's most recent regulatory financial report filed with its appropriate regulator, or other documentation provided to the Bank, in the case of a CDFI applicant that does not file such reports, the applicant originates or purchases long-term home mortgage loans.
