# §1223.25. Office of Finance.


All sections of this part and the standards issued under it shall apply to the Office of Finance, as defined in [§ 1201.1](/cfr/12/1201.1.md) of this chapter, in the same manner in which it applies to the regulated entities, unless the Office of Finance is otherwise specifically addressed or excluded.
