# §1208.30. Interest, penalties, and administrative costs.


Where FHFA is the creditor agency, FHFA shall assess interest, penalties, and administrative costs pursuant to [31 U.S.C. 3717](/usc/31/3717.md) and the FCCS, [31 CFR chapter](/cfr/31.md) IX.
