# §1206.8. Enforcement of payment.


The Director may enforce the payment of any assessment under [12 U.S.C. 4631](/usc/12/4631.md) (cease-and-desist proceedings), [12 U.S.C. 4632](/usc/12/4632.md) (temporary cease-and-desist orders), and [12 U.S.C. 4626](/usc/12/4626.md) (civil money penalties).
