# §12.6. Fees.


A national bank may charge a reasonable fee for providing notification pursuant to § [12.5(b)](/cfr/12/12.5.md?p=b), [(c)](/cfr/12/12.5.md?p=c), and [(e)](/cfr/12/12.5.md?p=e). A national bank may not charge a fee for providing notification pursuant to [§ 12.4](/cfr/12/12.4.md) or § [12.5 (a)](/cfr/12/12.5.md?p=a) and [(d)](/cfr/12/12.5.md?p=d).
