# §1102.8. Waiver extension.


The ASC may initiate an extension of temporary waiver relief and shall follow §§ [1102.6](/cfr/12/1102.6.md), [1102.7](/cfr/12/1102.7.md) and [1102.9](/cfr/12/1102.9.md). A State Appraisal Agency also may seek an extension of temporary waiver relief by forwarding an additional written Request for Temporary Waiver to the ASC. A request for an extension from a State Appraisal Agency shall be subject to all the requirements of this subpart.
