# §1081.300. Public hearings.


All hearings in adjudication proceedings shall be public unless a confidentiality order is entered by the hearing officer pursuant to [§ 1081.119](/cfr/12/1081.119.md) or unless otherwise ordered by the Director on the grounds that holding an open hearing would be contrary to the public interest.
