# §1072.107. Employment.


No qualified individual with disability shall, on the basis of disability, be subjected to unlawful discrimination in employment under any program or activity conducted by the Bureau. The definitions, requirements and procedures of § 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, [29 U.S.C. 791](/usc/29/791.md), as established by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 29 CFR parts [1614](/cfr/29/part1614.md) and [1630](/cfr/29/part1630.md), shall apply to employment in federally conducted programs or activities.
