# §1022.141. Reasonable charges for certain disclosures.


Pursuant to [section 612(f)](/cfr/12/612.md?p=f) of the FCRA, [15 U.S.C. 1681j(f)](/usc/15/1681j.md?p=f), the charge imposed by a consumer reporting agency for a disclosure to the consumer pursuant to [section 609](/cfr/12/609.md) of the FCRA, [15 U.S.C. 1681g](/usc/15/1681g.md), shall not exceed the maximum allowable charge set by the Bureau.
