# §1011.27. Fair housing.


Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, [42 U.S.C. 3601](/usc/42/3601.md), et seq., and its implementing regulations and guidelines apply to land sales transactions to the extent warranted by the facts of the transaction.
