# §1009.7. Enforcement.


Compliance with the requirements of this part shall be enforced under the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010, Public Law 111-203, title X, 124 Stat. 1955, by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, subject to subtitle B of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010, and under the Federal Trade Commission Act, [15 U.S.C. 41](/usc/15/41.md) et seq, by the Federal Trade Commission.
