# §9430.1. Cross-reference to executive branch-wide debt collection regulations.


The U.S. Election Assistance Commission adopts the regulations at [31 CFR parts 900-904](/cfr/31/part900-904.md), governing administrative collection, offset, compromise, and the suspension or termination of collection activity for civil claims for money, funds, or property, as defined by [31 U.S.C. 3701(b)](/usc/31/3701.md?p=b).
