# §9007.4. Additional audits.


In accordance with [11 CFR 104.16(c)](/cfr/11/104.16.md?p=c), the Commission, pursuant to [11 CFR 111.10](/cfr/11/111.10.md), may upon affirmative vote of four members conduct an audit and field investigation of any committee in any case in which the Commission finds reason to believe that a violation of a statute or regulation over which the Commission has jurisdiction has occurred or is about to occur.
