# §108.4. Filing copies of reports by committees other than principal campaign committees (52 U.S.C. 30113(a)(2)).


Except as provided in [§ 108.1(b)](/cfr/11/108.1.md?p=b), any unauthorized committee that makes contributions in connection with a Presidential election and that is required to file a report(s) and statement(s) under the Act shall file a copy of such report(s) and statement(s) with the State officer of the State in which both the recipient and contributing committees have their headquarters.
