# §102.10. Disbursement by check (52 U.S.C. 30102 (h)(1)).


All disbursements by a political committee, except for disbursements from the petty cash fund under [11 CFR 102.11](/cfr/11/102.11.md), shall be made by check or similar draft, including electronic transfer, from account(s) established at the committee's campaign depository or depositories under [11 CFR part 103](/cfr/11/part103.md).
