# §100.84. Office building for State, local, or district party committees or organizations.


A donation made to a non-Federal account of a State, local, or district party committee or organization in accordance with [11 CFR 300.35](/cfr/11/300.35.md) for the purchase or construction of an office building is not a contribution. A donation includes a gift, subscription, loan, advance, or deposit of money or anything of value.
