# §100.154. Candidate debates.


Funds used to defray costs incurred in staging candidate debates in accordance with the provisions of 11 CFR [110.13](/cfr/11/110.13.md) and [114.4(f)](/cfr/11/114.4.md?p=f) are not expenditures.
